Analyst (Services Management) (Two-year Programme)
Major Responsibilities

Provide high quality hotline services and support to the users, i.e. financial institutions, on the Real-time Gross Settlement (RTGS) systems.  Duties include:

  • Responding to enquiries and reported problems relating to the operations of the RTGS systems and problem solving
  • Assisting in formulating and running the service operation processes including but not limited to client on-boarding, service maintenance, contingency measures and drill activities, fulfilling relevant service agreements and/or regulatory requirements
  • Preparing written communications and providing RTGS systems training to the users
  • Performing shift duty on a roster basis
Requirements
  • Tertiary education, preferably in business studies, information technology or related disciplines
  • Two years’ experience in the areas of: (i) coordinating implementation and services roll-out, (ii) providing help-desk services support to users, or (iii) operations of payment systems or banking/financial applications preferred. Candidates from non-financial industries and fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Knowledge of operating and supporting SWIFT messaging systems is an advantage
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential, and fluency in Putonghua will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently with good communication skill and customer-oriented mindset
