Manager (Business Operations)
Major Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Technology Solutions Officer (CTSO) direct, the incumbent shall provide corporate, business management, operational and administrative support to the CTSO:

  • Manage cross-functional programs and monitor FinTech projects
  • Prepare discussion papers, presentations and reports for meetings of boards and committees
  • Provide business support to the FinTech project teams of the department, including resource planning, service agreement review and risk assessment
  • Assist in developing and monitoring KPIs of the department
  • Assist the CTSO in preparing and monitoring annual business plans and operating budgets of the department
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration or management
  • Minimum 8 years of business operation experience in financial institutions or FinTech industry
  • Strong business acumen, good analytical, presentation, interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Proactive, energetic, agile, independent, well-organized and attentive to details
  • Fast learner with passionate to FinTech innovation and adoption
  • Ability to deal with both business users and technical personnel
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferable
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior role
