Manager (Technology Solutions)
Major Responsibilities

Supporting the Technology Solutions Department in the development of FinTech and Cloud infrastructure/applications, the incumbent is mainly responsible for the following duties:

  • Assist in development of strategies and policies of the company
  • Assist in business development, formulate proposals of FinTech and Cloud projects and other technology initiatives
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trend to facilitate the development of technological initiatives and solutions
  • Assist in developing KPIs as a yardstick of success of approved projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate all cross-functional programs, projects and activities, including resource planning
  • Assist in coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss different projects and initiatives
  • Prepare discussion papers, presentation materials and other relevant documents for all meetings of committees and working groups
  • Provide administrative and business support to the project teams of the department
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
  • University degree in business, information systems, FinTech or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferably gained from digital banking/FinTech development or consulting of banking sector with at least 3 years’ experience at managerial level
  • Sound business analysis with project management office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in the FinTech domain is preferred
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
