Secretary
Major Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support to the management office which includes drafting meeting minutes, scheduling and coordinating meetings/appointments and preparing related documents, etc.
  • Assist in drafting and preparing business documents such as business correspondence, reports, proposals and presentations
  • Perform general administrative duties including handling telephone calls/visitors and maintaining an organized filing system for confidential files and records
  • Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties for work arrangement as and when required
  • Perform any other duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Secondary education with minimum 3 years of secretarial service and office administration experience preferably gained from sizable organizations in the banking or financial sector
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese word processing
  • Responsible, independent, self-motivated, well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
