Job Position
Specialist II (Systems Infrastructure) - Office Automation Infrastructure
Major Responsibilities
  • Perform PC/LAN/email/mobile device software and hardware installation, deployment, maintenance, support and troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support and planning on system software and hardware on PC/LAN/email system
  • Maintain good performance on OA infrastructure
  • Perform trouble shooting and problem resolution
  • Maintain PC hardware and software inventory
  • Prepare system documentation and reporting
Requirements
  • University degree/college diploma in electrical/electronic/computer engineering, computer science or related discipline
  • Over 4 years’ relevant working experience in PC/LAN administration and support
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suites, PC and mobile device software support and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN network environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Candidates with HKCEE/HKDSE or above qualifications and over 3 years’ relevant working experience may be considered for the position of Analyst/Assistant Analyst (Systems Infrastructure) - Office Automation Infrastructure
