Job Position
Senior Manager (Architecture and Standards)
Major Responsibilities
  • Manage the architecture review board and work with information technology teams to define and manage the company’s enterprise-wide system architecture roadmap, definition and standards
  • Provide expert advice from technical and risk aspects on adoption of new technology including cloud computing, distributed ledger technology and other FinTech initiatives to support the company’s continuous growth and business development
  • Establish and maintain the company’s project governance framework
  • Manage the project tracking progress, and follow up outstanding and/or overdue programme activities with relevant parties; escalate any significant issues and/or deviations for management attention; compile and present project progress reports and other ad hoc reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
  • University degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of IT and/or relevant experience preferably gained from major financial institutions with at least 5 years’ experience at managerial level
  • Expertise in system, network, security and/or cloud architecture management
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies including cloud computing, distributed ledger technology and other FinTech initiatives
  • Good analytical, presentation, documentation and report writing skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Manager (Architecture and Standards)
