Senior Specialist (Cloud Governance)
Major Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of Cloud Governance Framework in collaboration with all internal stakeholders, e.g. Legal & Compliance, IT Governance, IT Security, IT infrastructure and IT Application teams
  • Monitor the execution of Cloud compliance process by co-ordinating with different stakeholders, including the managed service provider, Cloud platform operation team and application team, and ensure compliance with the established Cloud Governance Framework
  • Enhance the Cloud adoption and operation process and integrate into the company’s ITSM process
  • Support the alignment between the Cloud Governance Framework and the company’s existing IT Governance Framework
  • Assist in the internal and external assessment including audit, ISO27001, CSA, SOC, penetration test, etc. and support the related coordination and preparation
  • Assist in monitoring the performance of the managed service provider and the delivery of the required reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
  • University degree in information technology, computer science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably gained from major financial institutions with at least 1 year on ITSM process handling
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and the related governance framework and compliance standards is preferable
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to deliver quality work
  • Ability to use analytical, innovative, structured approach to problem solving, with the sense for pragmatism and a self-starter mentality
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Good command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior role
