Senior Specialist (Cloud Governance)
Major Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end IT procurement operations, financial tracking and asset management on cloud infrastructure platform
  • Manage IT budget operations including planning, maintenance and updates, expenditure forecasts, purchase requisition review, payment handling and budget ledger updates
  • Track and govern the hardware and software lifecycles, including end-of-support, hardware maintenance, software subscription renewals and contract management
  • Support the preparation of procurement documentations such as RFQ/RFP, procurement decks and approval memos etc.
  • Support compliance processes by maintaining IT documentations and coordinating regular reviews with stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Business or Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably gained from financial institutions
  • Solid experience in IT budget and procurement management including Capex/Opex tracking and procurement handling
  • Experience in IT lifecycle governance is an advantage
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to quality work
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and willingness to handle operational and administrative responsibilities
  • Excellent command of written English with effective communication skills
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position
