Specialist II / Analyst (Risk Management)
Major Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordination of risk management processes
  • Assist in developing risk management framework, including compilation of policies, guidelines, and presentation materials
  • Support the Risk Management team to perform risk assessments and coordinate internal and external compliance assessments
  • Support regular management of risk reporting
  • Perform duties in relation to daily operation of the Risk Management team, such as handling enquiries from regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies and other government organisations
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing internal and external meetings as well as training programs
  • Assist in providing training to all staff members to promote a culture of risk awareness
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
  • University degree preferably in information technology, risk management, business management or related disciplines
  • Possession of other certifications in information security, risk management, Fintech, technology risk management is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of risk management or auditing experience preferably gained from financial institutions or professional consulting firms
  • Experience in various aspects of risk management as well as the services and operations of the financial sector
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and relevant global / local regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Team player with sound interpersonal, communication and documentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, etc.
  • Candidate with less experience or fresh graduate may also be considered for the position of Analyst (Risk Management)
