Job Position
Manager (Business Solutions)
Major Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and management of technical implementation and enhancement of FinTech platforms and projects initiatives
  • Engage and orchestrate a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders including regulator, industry associations & representatives and strategic partners to drive ongoing development and operation of the FinTech platforms
  • Prepare and present discussion materials, presentations and recommendation proposals for internal management and external stakeholders
  • Oversee and manage the overall FinTech platform budget and finance to ensure sufficient project and operation costs funding with stringent cost control
  • Manage the ongoing operations of FinTech platforms, including preparation of regular management reports, monitoring of budgets and resources, handling of payments to service providers, and review & drafting of operating procedures
  • Manage and reconcile divergent regulatory, operational and commercial requirements, liaising with internal teams to perform risk assessments, security assessments and audits as required
  • Manage end-to-end procurement and vendor management processes, including legal and governance document reviews, service agreement negotiations, and contract administration
  • Oversee the performance and service levels of production platforms, developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • University degree in finance, business administration, information technology, computer science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, product development, project management, or operations of information systems / banking / financial applications, with at least 3 years in managerial capacity
  • Proven track record in managing external complex, multi-stakeholder FinTech projects or platforms is preferred
  • Experience in engaging with regulators, industry associations and/or committees is highly preferred
  • Confident, self-motivated and resilient, with strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a more senior position
