Specialist/ Assistant Manager (Legal and Compliance – Technology Focus)
Major Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling the relevant legal and technology compliance works of the company, including drafting and reviewing of documents, participating in project-related meetings, preparing reports etc.
  • Provide support on relevant regulatory and compliance issues (e.g. data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property), and keep abreast of the latest cyber security-related law-enforcement, regulatory, and/or industry requirements
  • Responsible for liaising with internal and external parties under supervision
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
  • University degree holder in Laws (LLB) or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant working experience in financial industry, law firms or FinTech companies
  • Understanding of technology risk management and cybersecurity best practices, with knowledge in legal and technology compliance matters related to FinTech, data privacy, and/or industry practices
  • CISA, CISM or ITIL Certificates and/or other IT and/or cybersecurity-related certificates would be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good analytical and communication skills and able to work under pressure, attention to details and dedicated
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
