Administration Assistant
Major Responsibilities
  • Perform all-rounded receptionist duties including handling incoming phone calls, greeting and serving visitors as well as monitoring surveillance equipment
  • Monitor registration procedures of all visitors, including maintaining registration log and validating identities of all visitors
  • Perform general administration duties, including mailing and courier arrangement, uploading circulars, maintaining various records and filing documents
  • Assist in monitoring the office repairs and maintenance works
  • Assist in ordering of office supplies such as stationery and other supplies, printing, maintenance of office equipment
  • Perform adverse weather and occasional overtime/weekend/holiday duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)
Requirements
  • HKCEE/ HKDSE graduates, with over 3 years’ work experience in office administration
  • Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Independent and with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
