Management Executive
Major Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality of secretariat services for the senior executive office, the HKICL Board and its Sub-Committees
  • Draft, review and coordinate different types of business documents, including meeting agendas, papers, minutes, reports, proposals, presentations and letters, etc.
  • Follow up on matters raised at meetings to ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken
  • Manage protocols between the Board and the senior executive office
  • Coordinate committee work and liaising with both internal and external parties in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with departmental secretariat regarding secretarial issues
  • Maintain an organized and effective document management system for confidential files and records
Requirements
  • University education in business administration, corporate governance, communications or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years’ working experience in committee work, preferably in the banking, finance, public or government sector
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Capable of dealing with internal and external business executives and officials
  • Responsible, independent, well-organized and self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Management Executive
